Explore paths beyond familiar routes:
Lessons in understanding yourself, others and the context in which we live and work.
Every leadership journey begins with self-awareness. This self-study course invites current and aspiring leaders to step into a narrative experience inspired by the metaphor: Cycling across Central and South America.
Where Leadership Meets the Open Road
Throughout the self-study course, you will travel alongside Coci Herrick, who shares the real, gritty and uplifting story of his solo adventure cycling experience. After each narrative from Coci, Dr Jane Robertson will connect the cycling experience to theory, insight and practical workplace relevance with the aim to help you translate the experience for yourself.
Lets have a look at what this will look like…
Through this course there is a large emphasis on reflection using a journal. The course includes guided journaling prompts throughout, helping you link adventure to insight and insight to action. Your journal is your private space for awareness, sense-making, and an opportunity to create meaningful change.
