All the courses are designed according to adult learning principles (androgogy) and are outcomes based. Facilitators use all aspects of the learning cycle: thinking, reasoning, practice and reflection, in their courses. All the courses are geared towards outcomes in which skill is built from a strong foundation of knowledge and values.
